Annual, 4 to 6 weeks pre-partum.

               Previously Unvaccinated or Unknown Vaccine History

Annual with second dose 4 to 6 weeks after the first dose.

Revaccinate 4 to 6 weeks pre-partum.

*Booster at time of penetrating injury or prior to surgery if the last dose was administered over 6 months previously.


Eastern/Western Equine Encephalomyelitis: Previously Vaccinated

Annual, 4 to 6 weeks pre-partum.

                                       Previously Unvaccinated or Unknown Vaccine History

Annual with second dose 4 weeks after the first dose.

Revaccinate 4 to 6 weeks pre-partum.


West Nile Virus

Annual, 4 to 6 weeks pre-partum.


Rabies Vaccine

Annual, 4 to 6 weeks pre-partum

Prior to Breeding.


Equine Influenza: Previously Vaccinated – Inactivated Vaccine 

Semi-Annual with one dose administered 4 to 6 weeks pre-partum.

                            Previously Unvaccinated or Unknown Vaccine History

3 Dose Series, with second dose 4 to 6 weeks after the first dose and  third dose 4 to 6 weeks pre-partum.


Potomac Horse Fever: Previously Vaccinated

Semi-Annual with one dose given 4 to 6 weeks pre-partum.

                                   Previously Unvaccinated or Unknown Vaccine History

2 Dose Series, with first dose 7 to 9 weeks pre-partum and second dose 4 to 6 weeks pre-partum.

*A revaccination interval of 3 to 4 months may be considered in endemic areas when disease risk is high.


Strangles (Streptococcus Equi): Previously Vaccinated

Semi-Annual with one dose given 4 to 6 weeks pre-partum.

                                                  Previously Unvaccinated or Unknown Vaccine History

3 dose series with second dose 2 to 4 weeks after the first dose and the third dose 4 to 6 weeks pre-partum.


Rhinopneumonitis: 

Four total doses, one each at 3, 5, 7, and 9 months of gestation.


Pneumobort:

Three total doses, one each at 5, 7, and 9 months gestation.
