Preventative Health for Puppies

- Wellness Examination
- DA2PP Vaccine: Includes Canine Distemper, Adenovirus type 1 & 2, Parvovirus and Parainfluenza.
- Deworming: We recommend bringing in a stool sample for analysis so that we can be sure to use the proper dewormer.
- Start Heartworm Preventative
- Start Flea and Tick Preventative
12 Weeks
- Wellness Examination
- 2nd DA2PP Vaccine
- Leptospirosis Vaccine
16 Weeks
- Wellness Examination
- 3rd DA2PP Vaccine
- Leptospirosis Vaccine
6 Months
- Wellness Examination
- Rabies Vaccine (booster in 1 year)
- Bordetella Vaccine: Recommended if your pet will be going to dog parks, grooming, boarding facilities or doggy daycare facilities.
- Rattlesnake Vaccine: Recommended if you are in a rural area or take your pet camping or hiking.
- Lyme Vaccine: Recommended if there is any chance of tick exposure.
- Microchip Placement
