As a client of Eagle Point Veterinary Clinic with Richardson Veterinary Services you can expect our full attention of your animals needs and services delivered with courtesy and respect.
When you arrive for your appointment you will be greeted warmly and we will gather data for the doctor. We will ask about your pets medical history, current condition and reason for visit. Then Dr. Richardson will examine your animal, ask you further questions, and may recommend diagnostic testing and/or treatment plan if warranted.
This is a great time to ask questions. Our veterinary team wants to make sure you’re completely comfortable with the information we are providing. As we wrap things up we will give you helpful care information and answer wellness and care questions. Then we will invoice our services and process your payment. Scheduling and follow-up appointments will also be made at this time!
Please note: Our goal is to see all our patients and clients on time, and although we have contingencies for emergencies, there will be times where the unexpected will create delays. We will do our best to minimize this as much as possible.
